Awarded to participants in 'Operation Grand Theft Raituru' in during the Thebeka campaign in YC 120/121.
"We have also taken the liberty of moving your Raitaru to Pator, where both it and you should feel right at home... We have even taken care of all the paperwork related to apparent violations of Imperial law, including charges of heresy, insurgency and orbital littering."

"Operation Grand Theft Raituru" Despite a large fleet at the hull timer, the decision was made not to engage due to a large contigent of GSF Tornadoes targeting CVA forces. Thereafter, an offer to parley was tendered and rejected by the Ghosts of Kahah, but the citadel was set to unanchoring. Rather than risk the lives of pilots on a fait accompli, the Raituru was unanchoring, but unwilling to allow the Ghosts to skulk away after they publicly rejected the parly, a vigil was held. Ultimately, the Ghosts attempted to steal away shortly before downtime on Januaru 2nd and were interrupted by Reginald Sakikabara, the 'Trickster of Thebeka'. The Ghosts lost two Dominix and the Raituru was spirited away. Participants were: Kerr Azor, Reginald Sakikibara, and Shalee Lianne. The Raituru was subsequently delivered to Pator with a note stating, among other things "We have also taken the liberty of moving your Raitaru to Pator, where both it and you should feel right at home".
