The siege of Kothe was one of the longest battles during the Triglavian invasions. The Triglavians and their Kybernaut allies relentlessly pushed their assault and at two times the system was nearly lost, before EDENCOM and their capsuleer allies finally secured it after days of tireless battle. With Kothe secured as a fortress, the billions of people calling the four temperate planets in the system their homes were safe and so was the Amarr teaching campus ofEve University. With Kybernaut attention focused on Kothe, pro-EDENCOM capsuleers were able to simultaneously secure the system of Usi in the Caldari State as an EDENCOM Minor Victory
Kothe also represents one of the first significant major deployments of the Edencom "Deathwing Naga" wings, of which LUMEN provided a large part of, to great success against the enemy.
