This medal is awarded to participants, in whatever capacity, defending against the Matari, Blood Raider aligned alliance, Ushra'Khan (aka the Bloody Fist) their two-strike attempt to reinforce the shields of the LUMEN Fortizar in Tanoo, the Tebu Ankhiman

Lunarisse Comments:
Early, in the day, LUMEN had to scramble on short notice, and managed to flash form a typhoon fleet to fight the attacking fleet. After the first wave ended, a second ensued some time after, which posed logistical difficulties as LUMEN pilots were both logging in and out (as it was work-day/lunch time for many of our pilots). Ultimately, the wind-runner fleet that planned to undock didn't as the Fortizar's guns and fighters (gunner - Lunarisse Aspenstar) fended off the second wave.
