Awarded to a Winner of the New Eden Capsuleer's Writing Contest "News" Category.
The Gold and Black Colors of the ribbon are representive of the Societas Imperialist Sceptri Coronaeque, the Corporation of the Contest Organizer Lunarisse Aspenstar Daphiti.
The Medallion itself shows two of the Garoun Lunaries: Obisus, the Lunary associated with Patience, Observation and Perception, and Voltennes, the Lunary associated with Speed, Communications, and Travel.
The Medallion is minted in Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Copper for First, Second, Third or Fourth Place.
